About 5 years ago me and my wife got married and wanted to purchase our first home. As first home buyers, we knew nothing about mortgages.
So I’ve started researching how mortgages work and how we can purchase the home we want. After several months of researching, we finally found what we were looking for.
Since we purchased our home, I’ve helped a few first home buyer friends with getting a mortgage and buying their own property.
This gave me the idea to start my first website – fhaguides.com – where I share my knowledge and experience about loans, mortgage rates, insurances, real estate and more.
My goal is to educate and help people who are looking to buy their first home.
